Mr. Rob Fontenot
Interim Board Chair/Marketing
Mr. Fontenot is a consummate student and practitioner of leadership, strategy, product and marketing, and the author of the highly-rated book, "Great Leaders Always Follow: The Paradox of Great Leadership."
Mr. Fontenot has spent his career helping brands and startups alike, such as Intel, iHeartMedia, Vevo, Duolingo, Dashlane, LastPass, Gumi Inc., FACEmeeting, Payroll Vault, and others, grow through technology, co-marketing, and revenue-driving partnerships. He has consulted for startups in Artificial Intelligence and Fine Art, in the areas of Product-Market Fit, Market Segmentation Strategy, and Growth Strategy.
Mr. Fontenot is focused and passionate, and is a creative and abstract thinker, always looking for new and innovative ways to create value and growth. He will prove to be an excellent asset to the Capstone Community in the areas of growth and sustainment.

Mr. Fontenot earned his bachelor's degree at McNeese State University. He earned a certificate of Negotiation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an Executive Certificate from in MBA Essentials from the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business. His certification in Global Customer Relationship Management is from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Mr. Fontenot is pursuing an MBA at Ashworth College In Marketing and Marketing Management.
