Patrick Cross, M.Div

Citizenry - The Bible in History and Literature/ Cross Country Coach

Mr. Patrick Cross has been teaching the Bible for over 30 years  He has written curriculum for the gospel of Matthew, Mark, and John. For the last 22 years he has been a member of an international Bible teaching ministry.  Mr. Cross taught the Bible for 10 years in Ireland prior to moving to Utah. While living in Ireland Mr. Cross worked at the University of Limerick where he was the head men’s cross country coach, worked with a soil research team, and was a guest lecture on the authority of the New Testament documents.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Divinity from Piedmont International University with emphasis  in the original languages of the Bible.

Mr. Cross has been involved in education and coaching throughout his career.  From 1993-1999 he served as the Assistant Athletic Director of Shorter University in Rome, GA and men’s cross country coach.  He was voted coach of the year three consecutive years qualifying teams for the NAIA national championships. In 1988, Mr. Cross ran the 12th fastest time in the United States in the 5,000 Meters which earned him a spot in the Olympic Trials.

Mr. Cross is currently writing and teaching a course on inductive Bible study methods for the Rocky Mountain Bible Church in Brigham City Utah.
